Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

The cost of renting a tiki boat depends on factors such as the duration of the rental, the location, and any additional services or amenities. Please contact our customer service or visit our website for specific pricing details.

How many people fit?

Our tiki boat can accommodate a maximum of 13 people. However, it's always best to check with our team regarding the specific boat's capacity to ensure everyone has a comfortable experience.

Can I bring my own food and drinks on the tiki boat?

Yes! We encourage guests to bring their own food and drinks on board. Go Tiki Tours provides light snacks and water on board. We typically have coolers or storage space available for you to store your refreshments. Please note that the consumption of alcoholic beverages may be subject to local laws and regulations.

Can we play music on the tiki boat?

Absolutely! Our tiki boats are equipped with sound systems and bluetooth compatibility, allowing you to play your favorite music during your cruise.

Can we swim or go snorkeling from the tiki boat?

Yes, you are generally allowed to swim and snorkel from the tiki boat, but it's important to adhere to safety guidelines and local regulations. We recommend checking with our staff about any specific restrictions or guidelines for swimming or snorkeling in the area you plan to visit.

How far in advance should I book?

It is advisable to book your tiki boat rental as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak seasons. We recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance, but last-minute rentals may also be available depending on availability.

What happens in case of bad weather on the day of our trip?

Safety is our top priority at Go Tiki Tours. In the event of inclement weather, we closely monitor the conditions and may need to reschedule or cancel your rental for your safety. We will communicate with you in such circumstances to discuss options for rescheduling or refunding your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this 72-hour window will be non-refundable. Same-day bookings are also final sales and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, arriving later than the scheduled departure time, not having a valid government-issued photo ID in your possession, no-shows, personal mishaps, and personal emergencies.

We will not adjust your booking 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure time if members of your party don’t show up for any reason. We recommend booking the number of passengers you know is 100% coming. Then add passengers to your reservation as you get confirmation that they can make it.

If Go Tiki cancels due to weather or any other reason, you will receive a rain check or refund. Weather-dependent Go/No-go decisions are determined only by Go Tiki and its associated crew. There are no exceptions.

Thank you for understanding our policy.
